Saudi Arabia!

Colin Powell said about Iraq, "If you break it, you own it".

Well, like Humpty Dumpty it can't be put back together again.

The dilemma? ISIS is the most evil Islamic group in the region.
Wahhabi Saudi Arabia is one of ISIS financiers along with Qatar, also Wahhabi, although a lot less rigid than as practised in Saudi Arabia.
ISIS also attracts a lot of foreign jihadist being one of the easiest to join, this includes European and American wannabes.

If any of our governments are serious about this 'war on terror', the most pain can be inflicted without using our blood and treasure by cutting off their finance.
This means a confrontation with Saudi Arabia.
I don't for one minute think that will happen but it should.

If the US starts attacking ISIS it is attacking a branch of its ally Saudi Arabia and supporting it enemy of choice Iran and the Shiite government of Iraq along with the other enemy of choice, of Assad in Syria.

After sacking Mosel ISIS is now one of the richest and best armed terrorist groups anywhere.
Given that even al-Qaeda balks at giving the hand of friendship to ISIS, the threat it presents to the wider world, with its foreign recruits being encouraged to use what they have learned in the ME to create trouble when they return home. There will not be a more opportune time to take them out than now.
