Value Line, about 11/01/99, has added York International to its #3 portfolio--"Long term price growth potential" with a 3 year price potential of $60 to $80/share. Price "leverage" is especially strong because of small # of shares outstanding relative to sales volume.

I worked for York recently -- and enjoyed the work ethic and professionalism of the people I was dealing with.

I never participated in the share purchase for employees -- but that now seems fortuitous given current share price.

It seems that top management has seen changes recently according to news reports, But I am mainly interested in hearing what upside growth potential is in the current YORK product lineup. I do know that the Acuair line was a hot commodity but have lost touch since it was moved to another plant.

Is York a good buy at current share valuations? Or will it keep me and my money on ice?
