Back in the spring of 1999 I started reading TMF as I was getting interested in investing. One of the first investments I made was in the megapharmaceutical company, Pfizer. In the midst of the discussions we were joined by a very opinionated poster (MBAnotguesses) who was certain that we were all stupid (links below). At the time, nelis posted a brilliantly funny message (http://boards.fool.com/Message.asp?mid=10797292) that reminded me why I read the boards: 1) it's a learning environment where no one person is the Master, 2) it shows that investing doesn't have to be boring, and 3) TMF members can be really funny.nelis was responding in particular to these two posts:http://boards.fool.com/Message.asp?mid=10787590http://boards.fool.com/Message.asp?mid=10794957Chris
