I'm about to transfer my Roth IRA which has been at my credit union (in CDs) to Vanguard. My question: Would you recommend the Vanguard Target Retirement Fund, which allocates based on your age and plan for retirement?

As I'm still in my 20s, it would allocate 72% to the Vanguard total stock market index fund, 13% to the European Stock Index fund, and 5% to the Pacific Stock Index Fund, along with 10% to the total bond market index fund...and will shift as I get closer to retirement.

I thought it sounded like a safe bet since I'm very new to mutual funds...has anyone used this?
