Varial asks:

I've read a lot about asset allocation and advice from the helpful Fools about where to put IRA, 401k monies. I remember reading a thread about asset allocation, but can no longer find it. If anyone out there knows where in Fooldom, there are guidelines (either in a message board or another location in Fooldom) for trying to create my own personal asset allocation profile, I would appreciate the direction.

You'll find the topic addressed in a number of threads on this board and the Retired Fools board at http://boards.fool.com/Messages.asp?id=1370006000341001. Also check out the articles"
