I did lower the salt in the gravy since the first time I made it as written I found it too salty, but this is otherwise really delicious. It also feeds way more than it says. I think it says feeds 2, but I cut the recipe in half and get enough for DH, DS, and me.

If you can find it, add some field roast sage apple sausage and it takes it over the top, but it's good just as it is.
