I thought you might be interested in using the info I had in my weblinks as an FAQ. I certainly don't mean to step on any toes (especially hempets, who started the board!). I just thought it would be nice for the board to have an FAQ for newbies & and easy way to locate all the great links everyone has posted.

If you have anything you think should be included (or that you think doesn't belong!), please let me know. And if you think I should just take a flying leap, well....there's this nice cliff just down the road from me.... ;)

I've been lurking here since day one and wanted to un-cloak briefly here in the wee hours to say nice job Laura on the FAQ v.1.0; and thanks to hempets, et al

I stumbled onto this path of searching for a better nutritional life-style over 20 years ago when my ex and I were among the founding members of a Health Food Co-op (Nature's Bounty) here in Nebraska & Iowa. I have since unfortunately wandered far off that path.

I plan to continue following this board and see if I can rekindle my former enthusiasm for healthier living.

I like what I see so far; many kind spirits.
