Very good point... I'll ask. Does any one know the answer?

I'm going to assume that all restrictions, penanlties, and punishments are equally bad from all accounts.

As far as vesting goes, I'm 100% vested in all accounts. I've been working here for over 10 years.

Another thought I've had. If I can suceed in convincing who ever I need to convence to let me at my retirement money, then I might be able to leverage that cash payment against to CC's to get them to reverse all of those extra fee's they have dinged me over the last 6 months. That would reduce the amount owed a little bit.
