In checking out this index fund as a possible ROTH IRA fund, I notice a few things:
1. transaction fee is ~25 bucks. So I will pay this for the first initial investment, but do I pay
25 bucks every time I shuttle money into that IRA????
2. A management fee of .16% appears as well. What is this?

I am currently in a fund (JAMRX) which has no transaction fee, but an expense ratio of .88%, and
apparently no mgmt. fee that I see. I am having trouble understanding why selling JAMRX in favor
of VFINX could possibly be a good idea.

any ideas? thanks, christina
