Vicki, with the Legacy Treasury Direct, are you saying you cannot track online and have to use the mail system? No. I just had to use the mail to send back the signed paperwork. I can look up my account online during business hours. I can put in a tender offer (ie purchase order) online. There are probably other things I can do online, but those two I've tried out. I think they send paper statements for Legacy Treasury accounts when there is activity. It was actually pretty exciting to look up my first T-bill purchase online. I almost posted here about it, but I thought some of the more experienced bond traders might think that was silly. Then I had to go to the auction results page to see what interest rate I got. And then I had to go check my bank account online to see how much I actually paid. I'll bet you can link two accounts to the same checking account. It takes about 10 business days for it to go through. They did a deposit for zero amount that showed up as:DIR DEP PRENOTE TREASURY DIRECT PRENOTESVickifool
