Parameters:

Compounding annual rate of at least 7% over the last 5 years
Projected annual dividend growth rate of at least 5% over the next 3-5 years
Estimated yield for the year ahead of at least 3.2%
Safety rank of 2 or higher
Financial Strength Rating of B++ or higher
Timeliness ranking of 3 or higher for relative price performance over the next six to 12 months
