I ran this through the Vector Vest database and it passed the test with flying colors. It has a reputed value of $40.59 per share. It also passes the test for safety, and timing as well as dividend safety.

I do like the fact that management has such a large interest in the stock. 40.17% of shares outstanding if you believe Yahoo.

I am planning a fishing trip to Pennsylvania so maybe I can stop by and see the operation.

Stillwater--I am intrigued by your stock selection. And as you noted, especially, ATRI and Cass but also POOL. I will research them further and if I want to get out of something I'll consider them. Thanks for sharing.

My own favorite right now is NUAN It has the potential to be really big. At least that's my take. I also Like NSSC but have much more to do on it.

Good Luck to all
