I feel like it is time to go over the with holding, estimate taxes and make sure all is going to be about right.

Any recommendations for downloadable excel spreadsheets or what not?

Why fool with a spreadsheet? Take out a pay stub, project income and withholding forward to December, estimate your other numbers (divs, cap gains, assorted deductions, etc.) and then just put them into last year's form. That should take you about ten minutes, and will give you a pretty good idea of where you are, notwithstanding the lower tax rates.

With a spreadsheet I think I could ((EAISLY)) do what-ifs. What if I max out an IRA. What if we file separately. What if we minimize IRA's. Etcetera.
