.Since they have announced that they would lower/drop the dividend (didn't pay one last qtr.) and no longer be a REIT, they are now a pure growth play. The street seems to like them now that the dividend seekers have bailed at $16 to $20. Since they haven't announced earnings for last quarter, how do you figure their P/E? With no dividend and unknown earnings, does acquiring Greentree make in worth 23/24$?
