Yet;
"To buy it as an investment and rent it out, I'm not so enamored with that concept," he said.

Locked-rate longterm leverage, on appreciating (at slightly better than the obverse of inflation) assets with rapidly rising yields.....

Of course, he didn't expand on why he'd think that's a bad idea, did he?
