Does anyone remember a rule that was passed roughly 7 - 10 years ago that required Wall Street analysts to allow access to their reports for the general public but firms began discontinuing the service because no one was reading them? I remember something about this in the Wall Street Journal over the past year but can't find anything online. Thanks.
