I am surprised not to see any posts on the new law suit brought against MELI. According to Bloomberg 9/8/99 EIS International filed a $100 million law suit against MELI and eShare for breach of contract during the acquisition. A $100 million law suit filed against a company with only at mkt cap of $135M seems like it could be very damaging to further growth. I want to know what anyone else has heard. Does this law suit have any merit to it or is it a despirate swing at its competitor by EIS?
