We have been incredibly busy at work - so much so that I agreed to do some work over the weekend.

So today I worked for about 4 hours but also did some of my regular Saturday chores. Plus, as a treat, I ate breakfast out. I also did one of my least favorite chores -- defrosted the small freezer in my "apartment size" fridge which I bought some years ago to be certain that I could deal with the smaller size of the freezer and the fridge which I will have once I get the separate undercounter freezer and fridge installed as part of my kitchen renovation. (The contractor will be stopping by this week to discuss the last of my concerns!)

Have to say that since there was no baseball on TV today and I don't really follow college football (which was all over TV), the four hours of work wasn't so terrible.

However, tomorrow I will NOT be working but will be watching both NFL football AND baseball. And that makes me a very happy camper!

Oh - I'll also be cooking short ribs with beans for dinner (bought the ribs on "Manager's Special" today).

What's everyone else got going this weekend?

Christina
