Water has the potential for abuse too. You can overdose and die on water. The fact of the matter is there are a tiny number (even those are disputed) of deaths that have any link to an overdose on smoking pot.The point wasn't about pot's toxicity, it was about the potential for abuse. They are two different things. There is no disputing the low toxicity.
