Sorry, but since at least one person here is in the pacific northwest...

last year I found a cranberry barbeque sauce that makes an unbeliveable combination with sockeye salmon. You can find it online, made by "captain spongefoot," just google his name. Its made in Denver.

Yeah, I know it might sound a bit strange. But I lived in coastal Alaska for 8 years, lived pretty much on a diet of salmon and halibut, and this is the best thing I've ever put on a grilled red. I just found this combination by accident, and thought I would share the discovery. Trust me, your taste buds will love it. (I would not reccommend it for chinook or silvers)
