We filled a nearly empty RV gas tank with high-ethanol fuel in Wisconsin last summer (during the heat wave), and I think it may have damaged the generator. We had a pricy generator repair (part replacement)later in the trip. I should note that my husband thought the problem wasn't caused by the "bad" gas, but he's not an engine guy. I'd interrupt him to ask, but he's replacing the RV charge controller at the moment, and I hear the power saw (I guess the footprint--wall print?--of the new box is different from the old one.

Me, I'm in the home office watching NCIS ;-)
