{{We get our statements quarterly, and they usually come about 3 weeks after the last day of the quarter.}}

We also get ours quarterly, but they are about 5 weeks after the quarter closes.

While it's nice to have the work done and the form all neat and tidy, if the numbers are that important to you at this point in time, a few minutes work should give you a reasonable estimate of where you are.

You know how much you're contributing, right? And you know where the contributions are going, right? And you know where you were at the end of the last statement, right? And you can get a quote and project about where you are, right?

I don't mean to make light of it, but when you say you're going to talk to your boss and "pitch a fit" (paraphrase), well, I don't know how hard you pitch, and I don't know how big a fit you're thinking of, and, of course, I don't know your boss.
