We have a couple of older cases we can't use anymore. They exceed the dimension limit (62 inches, I believe). At this point we have bought entirely new sets of bags (from Costco). They were made to meet those limits precisely (I measured). They're nothing special, though. The wheels are very nice, though (allowing the bag to stand on its own, and you can spin it easily without tilting).

We could use those bigger bags for road trips, I suppose, but we never do. Maybe we should give them to Goodwill (though anyone who bought them would have the same size problem).
