We have a new club (1 Year) and the best advice I would
give you starting up would be to have your partnership agreement be as thorough as possibe. My other suggestion would be to get information from NAIC, they have been very helpful for our club and we have learned a lot in one year. We have 11 members and all of us came into the club knowing nothing about stocks or investing, we have learned a lot in a year but still have a long way to go.
We have made or first two investments and are looking forward many more.
My last thought for you is to be patiant the first year is a lot of work and everyone learns at diffent speeds.
Good luck
