We need Reince to get some argumentative lessons from Newt Gingrich and then get on Jon Stewart. Repeatedly. You only get better when faced with odds that don't favor you.

Agreed. The best defense is a good offense. Bill Maher recently showed that the liberals are about to lose the argument over taxes. They will, because their ideas of tax & spend & spend & spend simply CANNOT work. As the Gipper said, "the Government IS the problem." The problem for Republicans is that they haven't been able to convince the American youth & middle class of this very simple truth.

I agree that Reince and others need to force Jon Stewart and others to have to defend liberalism, all the time and everywhere. Libs are beginning to believe that Rachel Maddow is the left wing equivalent of Rush Limbaugh. Nonsense; he would shred her, and I'd pay money to see that. But MadCow has no shame, so she's always going to be a hard core leftist.

Stewart, on the other hand, is known to say reasonable things every once in a while, so he's worth a shot. If Republicans can tone down some of the social rhetoric, they can connect with Millennials on fiscal conservatism. Millennials are not going to support Obamacare when they see how much of the burden they're going to have to shoulder, and how little benefit they will receive. The 'on your parent's insurance until 26' ploy by Obama was politically brilliant, because it keeps them numb to the inevitable pain until it's too late, sort of like The Matrix.
