We seem to be on our own. I plan to try to read up on what information the 10K and first quarter 10Q hold on the topic.

But I bought the stock to hold a consolidated oil firm and now will have a refiner and a production and exploration company. The two stocks might command a total market value higher than what the market was bidding for the whole but both individual businesses are subject to ups and downs. As a combined entity business total activty can often even out. With two independent companies each will be more exposed to sector conditions.
