We wrote up the offer last night and said we wanted an answer by Friday.

Why? Why didn't you write the offer to be accepted or rejected on presentation? Why did you give these people 48 to 72 hours to decide?

Good for you, though, on offering less than market. Somehow, though, I have the feeling that the sellers know you are not going to walk on this deal. That you will pay whatever you have to pay to get the house, and that's not good.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you. I know how hard it is to wait for an answer.
