Hello, everyone!

This board is here because it occurred to me that it would be pretty neat if we had one board where people posted reports of shareholder meetings they've attended.

Imagine -- you pop in and you can read about Cisco's recent meeting, and some cool stuff from Priceline.com's recent meeting and someone's experiences and thoughts regarding the last Exxon meeting. That kind of stuff.

If we can bring this board to life, it could serve a very useful purpose. Imagine that at any shareholder meeting, there's one or more Fools in attendance, notepad in hand, scribbling down notes to share with us all here.

Suddenly, although you may own 10 different companies but are unable to attend most shareholder meetings, you can still get a taste of what transpired. Suddenly, even those who may not own stock in a company can get a feel for how the company presents itself/conducts its meetings.

Anyway -- the success of the board depends on many of you going out to meetings, and then coming back and sharing. I encourage you to promote this board on the various stock discussion boards you frequent -- especially when a meeting is coming up.

I'll kick things off by posting links to reports I filed from this past year's AOL and Berkshire Hathaway meetings.

Cheers!

Selena
