It is not always easy for me to get on the internet. I have been running around like crazy going places with my daughter and I don't have a iPhone or iPad. This is just today's adventures. I have been writing a travelogue of sorts on an open ofc. document but it is not finished.
In fact, we just went to the largest mall - Albrook - in central American today http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qCGMoxlKJbA It didn't look like that. Add 50,000 people and you might come close. In order to get there my daughter wanted me to experience the Diablos Rojos (buses for the poor people--no air conditioning and packed) Ours did not look like this but this is the idea http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oo90oo7881U What fun. Not.
We went to a special cell phone kiosk to unlock my go phone so I could get Panamanian minutes put on it. Heather's wallet was stolen out of her backpack so that was a disaster. Welcome to Panama!
We did see The Life of Pi in 3D at the mall ($10.25 total matinee for one adult, one old person). It was terrific. I highly recommend it. It was great in 3D but the plot, the acting, the story telling was not dependent on the 3D. It enhanced the visual appeal.
