Well guys I am pleased to advise that I have solved my BSD problem let me reiterate the issue.

When playing the following games after about 5 minutes of play the Screen would go black, requiring a reboot even though the game is still running in the background.

- Just Cause 2 - Win7 Boot
- Company of Heroes 2 - Win7 Boot
- Civ 5 - Win7 Boot
- Civ 5 - OSX
- Starcraft II - OSX
- Sarfai - OSX - Occasionsally flicker

No matter how many times I said this was a MAC issue not a Windows issue many kept insisting that it was a windows issue, even though the same thing was happening with Mac OSX games...sigh.....

Anyway here is the solution, I have a Razor Imperator Gaming Mouse, when this mouse is connected to the USB port on the Apple 101 keyboard you get a BSD. When the mouse is connected to a USB port on the back of the machine, you dont have this issue.

So I can only surmise it is a USB power issue when connecting to the USB hub on the Apple keyboard.
