well it did say that for the first 6 months you'd get 5 points per dollar spent, with every point counting as a dollar against your mortgage. ;)

Since the offer has vanished, (other than that one page) it's impossible for us to read all the terms and conditions, but since this was offered through a regional real estate company that specializes in expensive homes, it's possible that you would have had to buy your house through them in order to qualify.

That's just a guess, of course, but I'm a trifle dubious as to whether they were actually offering this card to the general public.
