Well, no aspersions on you, jakemitch, but here is yet another example of why the Fool's poll questions are worse than useless. Either the answer to this particular question is true, or it is false, or perhaps it is true under certain circumstances.

It does not matter how many people vote one way or another. What matters is what the law is. All you will find out, at best, is how many self-selected people are giving you wrong answers. But that information cannot possibly come from the poll. I mean that literally.
