Well, I kicked myself out of Hidden Gems today, so the first order of business is to decide whether or not to keep the few gems remaining in my small-cap port.

I still have the following after weeding out the less economic disease-resistant bombs over the last year.

I'm keeping BWLD, it's way too cheap.
I owned Volcom before HG heard of them and I just bought bucoup shares again last week. Now they're up 22% and retail's in the dumper for awhile, so I'm closing that one already with a nice fat gain. With apologies to my skate-boarding son who turned me on to VLCM, Adios, Volcom.
FMD, I'm buying more, it's just way too cheap and when they come back (and they will) the CAGR will be incredible.

So that only leaves a decision for FARO.

Hmm, I haven't been following FARO as close as other holdings because there were some good people at HG who kept me informed every week and I'll take all the help and time-savers I can get. Being an architect/engineer/builder kind of guy I could handle this one solo, but do I want to? Not in depth, probably not. So I'll just check to see if anyone's on this generic FARO board and see if it's breathing.

Whoa! There's LiveFromHopkins Phil, the original retarded monkey from HG! and BuildMWell, my BMW guru! And there's spiritualman! And it4-something :)! And my old friends Metal and Kahuna and CM and DutchMark and rjf53! PuckHaug too! Hell, everyone's here, let's have a party!

I'm keeping my FARO. Ha! That was easy.

So, let's see, where was I .... oh yeah .... Greetings, folks.
