Well, you are amazing! Congratulations!

When running distances and now riding (not your non-stop mileage) I couldn't eat solid food except the occasional power bar. It seemed to draw the blood to my stomach and away from my legs.

Even eating a high carb meal the night before didn't seem to help me as much if I couldn't get rid of it before the race.
