Probably a good move to get out of the Ginnie funds and they are pretty easy to get back into.

What did the set look like with Jan 93 - Fed 94? Removing a year in a 5 year set is a pretty significant "tweak". Especially since it has direct relevance to our current situation. The rates were low because the Fed was tickling them down throughout the 92 election season because of the recession "its the economy stupid" that was barely there.
