We're lucky because DH's job has a medical slush fund so our medical expenses are taken care of.

But you're right, I forgot to list a few things. And you're right when you say a certain salary brings a certaine lifestyle. Our lifestyle has definitely become one of keeping up with the Joneses. Which is another reason selling the house would be a huge blow to our egos. Not to mention I'd hate to look back on this in our golden years and say "Why didn't we just sell the cars to keep that house we wanted?"

Which brings me to another point. We both owe about $15K on our cars. Is it even worth looking into trading them in? I need a big car or van with 3 kids. DH can probably trade in his cool truck for something way cheaper. But is it even worth it?

PS I really appreciate all the input... I find this so boring and it's my bills we're discussing here!! So thanks for taking the time for me! =)
