wesking said,

We have talking about lime in your yard over at the Building Board.

I have been told and have read that a High lime content in your yard is great for the grass and the grass alone cause it is what helps or makes the grass able to consume nitrogen. How do all of you understand this?? true? not true?? what? Remember were talking about grass alone.

Also, if the above is true, and i think it is, will the lime in my yard hurt the Dogwoods in my yard??

Dang wesking, you beat me over here with the question...

I have a dogwood tree planted squarely in the middle of my front lawn. I don't want to lime my lawn and kill my $80 tree! Heh. I hope someone here knows the answer.
