Westamerica is doing very well in comparison to last year. Why the stock is down in the dumps... who knows. I usually buy a little bit every few weeks... I'm actually excited at it being this cheap. It is a somewhat volatile stock though. I've seen it go from down in the dumps up to about $70 and then split in the past.
If you want to sell, go for it... but I think it would be wiser to wait and gnash your teeth for a bit.
