We've had some really bad weather here today so our satellite internet connection has been hit or miss yesterday and today.

Emergency vet is a long trip. Really wanted to avoid getting all of us out in that weather for that long of a trip if we could avoid it.

Kept a really close eye on Lily all weekend. She's been acting very normal. Has been eating and drinking and peeing like normal. No more vomiting. All the normal things that get her excited have been getting her excited, so no lethargy. Her respiration rate is normal. (I don't have stethoscope so I don't know about heart rate.)

We are keeping the 9 am vet appt. tomorrow morning. Already e-mailed my boss to let him know why I'd be late (his wife is a vet so he understands and is sympathetic to issues with the furkids).

I definitely think it is a UTI. She is asking to go out more often than usual but at least now she appears to be successfully peeing where Saturday morning I don't think she was. I suspect we still will end up with antibiotics. We've only given her the chewy heartworm pills so I don't know how hard she will be to pill, but we'll get the meds into her.

Thanks everyone for sharing my concerns. I'll report back in after the vet.
