I have about $23,000 in regular, simple, and sep IRA's, and for the first time in years, am eligible for a roth IRA for tax year 1998. My question is, can I covert all of my existing traditional IRA retirement account into a Roth IRA, or am I only eligible to do so with my $2000 1998 IRA contribution???
