What do you mean by "shopping for a Roth"?

There are two issues involved here:

1. Who is going to be the custodian for your Roth?
2. Among the investment options that your custodian allows, which one will you choose?

Of course, if you've already decided on your investment option, it helps you limit the choice of custodian.

You can put just about anything in a Roth, as long as you have a custodian.

So is your request "Help me find a custodian", "Help me choose an investment", or both?

I want to earn as much tax-free as I can!
So do all of us but remember, you have to take on greater risk in order to have a chance at a high return. And you may get wiped out before you ever hit the jackpot.
