What I meant was that by now, I was suppose to be down to about $7.8K in debt. Currently, I have $8.6K in credit card debt.


Actually I did understand that correctly, but I still think $800 behind at this point isn't that bad when your plan was so aggressive. (I was trying to point out that you should celebrate how much you have done to date - down to $8,600 instead of that you should be at $7,800.) Even though you are behind your plan, I think you are doing a great job!
