What is the expected cellar life at 57 degrees, and how well does it mature?

At 57 degrees, I'd guess it would last a millenium or so. Me and Freddy, and Butch used to have a '59 Cadillac Hearse. We was out cruising the backroads one summer night, and the LAC police got on us. Butch put the MD in a tool boot in the back and the cops never found it. Later that summer, the tranny fell out, so we pushed the
caddy into the small pasture where we kept the goats. Musta been 3 or 4 summers after that, me and Freddy found that bottle in the boot, and we belted it back. I couldn't tell no difference. As for maturing, Butch joined the marines and got killed in 'Nam. Freddy got married and moved away, last I heard he'd got divorced and was maybe gonna go to Cleveland to see if his unkle can get him a job. Me, well me and Maureen busted up a couple of summers ago. I left her the trailer, but the kids still visit wid me sometimes on weekends. So I guess we all growed up a bit, except for Butch, seeing's how he died.
