Comments needed from those on the ground. (I am in the UK.) I like the sound of doubling in California and being the biggest waterfront owner etc. But the market seems to have this one priced just right.Using earnings of 1.41 this year and 1.64 next and a growth rate of 16%, I get CY PE 18.4 and PEG 1.15 while for next year I get PE 15.85 and PEG 1. Sounds fair value but no bargain. Or is it? Just what is the potental here?
