What is the proper weight you are shooting for?Late and catching up on this board and all the squabbles...I am not so much shooting for a weight/size but a performance level.I want to be both strong and light enough to do a back flip. i want to be able to run 3 miles without stopping.I can go for three miles, but I need to stop and walk a few times...If I can DO those things, then I will be comfortable with my body.peace & moving rightt
