From the looks of it, it's shaping up to be a disappointing winter on the moisture front. The midwest left 2012 in a severe drought, and it's not looking good that the winter will help quench the thirst of the land. Not to mention, the water levels have dropped significantly in the missouri river basins. Will that impact irrigation acres in the plains states? How will it all bode for fertilizer?
