This year my 401K contribution percentage of 10% will exceed the 10,500 pre-tax contribution limit. I'm not sure how to manage this. I need to keep 6% going in each month to get the 4% matching. In the next couple of months I'll have to redirect the excess or just let it go in as after tax money.

So, what are the recommendations for directing the excess funds?

Thanks,
Lori
