If I want to sell a stock based upon the following scenario, what type of sell order is it?:

Say I have a stock currently at $38. If it moves above $40 I only want to sell it if it then turns back and moves down to $39. This seems like a type of stop/limit order, but not in the direction of the usual examples I see for that type of order.
