To preface -- I don't want to get into a political discussion about highways, debts, blhh, blah, blah. The deed is done. If you pay taxes, you meet the income threshold and you don't owe the governemnt in back taxes or the like, then you will get a refund. So...

What are you gonna do with it?

I am gonna use my $300 to pay off the last of my debt. Bye bye, credit cards! With the money I will save on paying interest, I will save up for a rainy day.

What are your plans?
