This is only one of Genesys products, and I don't disagree. There is a suite of other Genesys products for intelligent Call Center management where are competing products from Geo Tel, IBM and Melita on the market. I am interested in independent investment opinions about a size and growth potential of the CTI (whatever it is defined to be) market, and relative strength and positioning of its players.

Subject: Motley Fool Post - GCTI vs GEOC

GCTI seems to be claiming that they don't have any competition in terms of a
product that can integrate multiple call centers in different geographic
loactions. Judging from your 8/11 post it sounds like you disagree. Does
GEOC have a competitive product, and if so, how does it compare? I am not a
user of this type of product but am looking at the companies from an
investment perspective
